This camera works excellent when
using free webcam chat, i tried mine
out on SKYPE and on FTP upload
with CoffeeCup Webcam and it
worked perfectly.

This is a good camera with typical Logitech style, performance and build quality. It works well
with SKYPE and Palltalk and the monitor clip is about the usual...........it will fit most
monitors and laptops. Colour is good and sound performance from the internal microphone is
suprisingly clear. It has the usual activity light to show when your on line but it only has a
fixed focus lens. The low light performance is good and it also comes with a desk top mount..

The camera is fitted with a 1.8 metre long USB/USB 2 cable
and accessories include a good quality headset.

I purchased this camera from a local shop that was closing down so i got it cheap but i
have checked out our our recommended suppliers and they have lots in stock and it is
a current stock item.

The camera is very small and the picture quality is ecellent for such
a small unit. It is really easy to install and fixes to a laptop snugly.

Another nice little touch is you get a nice little
carry case to put it in which is very handy when
your trying to stuff all your leads and things into
your laptop case to stop it from getting damaged.
The built in microphone works great too.

I have often found that the drivers supplied with webcams
are not the most recent........often far from it so i usually go
straight to the manufacturers website and download all the
latest software........to save myself the grief i know it is
possible to suffer by installing older ones. Big Mistake!!

I dont know how old or what else was wrong with those on the CD but they didnt work and
stopped the PC the camera was plugged into from working when booted up with it connected.
So i downloaded all the latest stuff........re-installed and immediately got it working fine on 3
separate machines. So summarise......Good camera worth the money but get the latest
drivers and software updates before using it.

This camera works well when using
free webcam chat, and it ran
continually at 20 FPS for 3 weeks
using Active Webcam monitoring
road works outside my office
window without a hiccup.
