Willing Webcam by Willing Software is a fully featured webcam program designed to capture
streaming video and snapshots and publish them on your website. It has all the usual
features including motion detection, alarms and email and in addition has a time lapse mode
to let you record video at specific time intervals.
Willing Webcam also has live
image effects you can select and
can also use the built in motion
sensor to launch a specific
application when movement is
detected. The user interface is
nice and easy to use and the
whole program runs very
smoothly.

there are full and lite versions to
choose from. The lite version does
not have broadcasting facilities.
As you can see from the screen shot the controls are very well laid out and its easy to switch between activities. The album page is
really usefull for storing organising and working with saved pictures and videos. The technical support for Willing Webcam is very good
and all in all this is a nice piece of software!
